In their own words, these “provide only economic exposure to private companies; confer no ownership, voting, dividend, information, or other legal rights”, and may result in total loss with no guaranteed secondary-market liquidity. The backing is a basket of SPVs holding shares in the companies. Redemption is reported as USDC at fair market value, with the tokens frozen while the SPV sells the shares off chain, which means the price is set by an actual sale of private stock rather than by a quote.

Reported as Regulation S, non-US, with KYC and a fee for redemption but not for buying and selling on chain. The redemption terms come from third-party write-ups: their own FAQ is a client-rendered accordion we could not read.

Is OURA what it says it is?

Five arithmetic checks on the tokenized stock itself, before you look at anything quoted against it.

Metadata is served from PreStocks's own domain, which is how this index separates real tokenized stocks from the hundreds of lookalikes that simply put the name in their title.

Thin. Larger orders will slip noticeably against you.

Reference priceMarket hours only

Pyth only publishes OURA during the US session. Once the closing bell goes there is no independent reference price, and that is when on-chain quotes drift furthest from fair value.

Where to buy OURA

Every market we found behind OURA, deepest first, each one a link straight to that pool rather than to a front page. The depth figure is what is sitting in the pool now, which is roughly what you could sell into before the price moves against you.

$103k across 2 pools, and it does not move between them: a sale bigger than the deepest one costs you more than the top line suggests.

What is priced in it

Turnover is 24-hour volume divided by the liquidity behind it. Anything far above about 5x is churning faster than real demand usually does. Each row carries the coin’s contract address so you can copy the right one. It identifies the coin and says nothing about whether it is any good.
